Continuation Partners is a private investment firm, which provides a clear succession plan and exit exclusively to a UK B2B software or services founder.

We are looking to acquire one business and transition the firm’s founder, Daniel Langley, into the business’ new day-to-day leader.

Daniel has assembled a team of long-term oriented, entrepreneurs, operators and investors, which provide patient growth capital and access to successful operating executives, to grow a business that stands the test of time.

Founder.

Daniel Langley founded Continuation Partners in 2023. Prior to Continuation Partners and recognising the difficulties that small and medium sized business owners face in managing their cash flow and payments, he co-founded FlowPay, a software and payments business for UK SMBs, which he exited in 2023.
 
Before that, Daniel spent 7-years as an investor in public and private markets, working closely with talented management teams and Boards to create long-term value. He began his career in M&A at Goldman Sachs in London and graduated from the London School of Economics in 2012.
